As a result of our success and growth we are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic Flashbutt Welders to join Flashbutt Welding Projects in the Pilbara region, WA.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Flashbutt Welding
- Demonstrate capability assisting in Rail Maintenance / Construction environment
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
- Machine operating experience (desirable)
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Work under direction, following instructions at all times
- Assist the team to deliver the scopes of work on various maintenance projects and sites helping with site preparation and restoration
- Ensure that all technical, safety procedures and contract specific requirements are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform general track maintenance as required
