About the role

We are currently seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Select Plant Australia team. This role offers flexible work arrangements with a 60/40 split between the depot in Laverton North and home working. 

Key responsibilities

  • Fuel Card processing - new requests, maintenance requests and reporting
  • Update and maintain all In-Vehicle Management System (IVMS) data
  • Management of E-tags and vehicle recalls
  • Accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Other administration duties as required by the Fleet Coordinator and Senior Fleet Administrator

About you 

  • You will be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced role with changing priorities.
  • Strong administration experience with intermediate to advanced level MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and efficient alpha/numerical data entry skills.
  • Previous experience within the hire industry in a procurement/purchasing or administrative function will be highly regarded.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal and professional phone manner.
  • Able to work as part of a team, but also autonomously when required.
  • A diplomatic yet tenacious approach to generate and maintain sustainable working relationships and complete all tasks when due.
