- The Fleet Dealership Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with SMB Dealerships, driving business generation, achieving sales budgets, providing training and coaching, overseeing vehicle services, and offering cross-channel support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Family Dealership Relationships
- Maintain productive relationships with Dealership Principals and personnel.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to promote the Dealer Program.
- Identify negative trends in Dealer performance and implement corrective strategies.
- Business Generation
- Build effective relationships with the Dealer network for Support.
- Assist Dealership Fleet personnel in prospecting and pitching for Fleet opportunities.
- Develop retail lending applications by promoting services to Sales Managers.
- Sales Budget
- Achieve predetermined budgets for Complete Lease and Dealer Novated Lease.
- Promote Dealer Drive programs to increase dealership participation.
- Training and Coaching
- Devote time to training and coaching dealership staff.
- Ensure Business Managers can quote Complete Lease and Dealer Managed Novated Lease.
- Support Dealership Training Managers and promote cross-training of Fleet products.
- Exemplify and promote "Respect for People."
- Vehicle Services
- Promote PMA principals during Dealer Program Reviews.
- Negotiate appropriate discounts and labour rates for Repair Authorization activities.
- Coach Dealership staff in Delivery and Documentation standards.
- Encourage dealer participation in remarketing programs.
- Cross-Channel Support
- Assist Dealer Channel in attracting and retaining Retail/Wholesale Dealers.
- Collaborate with Regional personnel to complement dealership programs.
- Attend internal sales meetings and support consistent messaging on sales disciplines.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- In-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- First-class presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior management level.
- Exposure to financial analysis/lending.
- Knowledge of Dealership operations and personnel.
- Full working rights in Australia. (Pr or Citizen)
