Our client is looking to appoint a Branch Manager, who will oversee their operations in their Port Moresby branch in Papua New Guinea. This position reports to the company's General Manager and will require an individual with senior management experience. Candidates experienced in running operations in Pacific Island nations are encouraged to apply, however, this is not an essential pre-requisite.
Your major accountabilities will include:
- Responsibility for all financial outcomes and increasing profitability and market share.
- Achieving and exceeding all major budget targets.
- Leading, developing and inspiring staff, including change management, team building & training.
- Ability to stay across a very broad range of issues.
- Identifying new business initiatives and developing business opportunities.
- Working alongside company Directors and creating a pathway to achieve strategic goals.
- Maximising customer service, satisfaction and promoting the company professionally in the community.
