ABOUT THE ROLE:
PERSOLKELLY has partnered with a global leader in automotive retailer. We are looking for an experienced an Executive Dealership Manager to lead the team to consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an Executive Dealership Manager, you will ensure that visitors receive inspiration and support to learn about our innovative vehicles from the moment they walk into the Space. You will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience by:
• Coordinating, managing, and providing direction to the Space team.
• Ensuring that the team provides tailored experiences based on our customers' specific agenda or requirements.
• Scheduling test drives and assisting customers through the purchasing process.
• Acting as a role model of our culture and behaviors.
• Inspiring and coaching the team to create enthusiasm for our offers, including vehicles, financing solutions, and services.
• Motivating the team to meet company objectives through training and mentoring.
• Driving commercial KPIs and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Leading by example by providing an excellent customer experience in both Test Drives and Handovers.
• Managing the Space team's schedules, assigning duties and responsibilities, and driving operational efficiency.
• Overseeing the booking-in of vehicle handovers by the Space Team.
• Communicating key information to team members.
• Ensuring the Space Team provides excellent service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Being adaptive and implementing business improvement processes.
• Ensuring the team's training is up to date and equipped with industry knowledge.
• Recruiting and training new staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will have a great eagerness to learn and a passion for our brand, our dedication to design, and our commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but we expect you to have:
- Minimum two years experience in a client-oriented retail environment
- At least two years experience in leadership or people management role
- Additional experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, retail sales, event-planning, or customer care will also be positively considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
