About your new role
The Office of the Chief People Officer delivers strategic people programs for the organisation including HR business partnering, workforce and culture initiatives, workplace and employee relations advice, learning and development, along with operational services such as payroll, recruitment and appointments, remuneration and benefits.
What you bring to your new role
This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to the safety of our people and community. The key selection criteria include:
- A valid and unrestricted HR Class driver's license with 2+ years’ experience;
- Relevant and current qualifications in Training and Assessment and Work Health Safety (preferred);
- Moderate to strong experience in the Heavy Plant and Construction industry;
- The ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
- A strong level of commitment to the operational needs of Local Government;
- Moderate level of computer skills.
