We are seeking a Fleet Operations Support Administrator to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the workshop staff for enquires while supporting the Fleet & Asset Manager in all areas of administration requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Weekly Invoicing for uniform orders (nationally)
• Oversee uniform allowances for WA & NT
• Record keeping and upkeep of all fuel fob
• Purchasing materials for both WA and NT
• Invoicing PPE Vending Machine Transactions
• Purchase vehicle DG items e.g. ELSA’s, DG bags and vehicle spill kits
• Raise purchase order for depot Drug & alcohol test, forklift / EWP licences and Marine Security ID Cards
• Approve all online stationery orders for WA & NT
• Purchasing of Two-Way radios and record keeping of allocation. Arranging repairs when required
• Action branch purchase order requisitions
