Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota Dealer, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Fleet Sales Administration Officer. We are seeking the talents of a motivated person who is an energetic team player, customer service orientated and results driven.
This opportunity is available at our Brendale location.
Working closely with the Fleet Sales Team and reporting directly to the Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately completing all paperwork required by Queensland Department of Transport for new vehicle registrations
- Checking completeness of Vehicle Purchase Contracts
- Processing Fleet Sales & month end sales for wholesale vehicles
- General administration tasks such as phones, email, filing, etc.
- Accurate data entry and processing
- Handling all internal enquiries both over the phone and in person
As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Well-developed administrative experience from a service and/or customer relations role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate PC skills
- Be a team player and able to work autonomously
- Excellent personal presentation
