The role in a nutshell…
- Be the superhero educator ready to swoop in and save the day, filling in for our awesome team members when needed.
- Create a lively and engaging atmosphere for children, ensuring they have a blast while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our dedicated staff, contributing your skills to maintain the high-quality standard of care we provide.
- Embrace the challenge of working with different age groups and rooms, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each setting.
- Quickly establish rapport with children, parents, and fellow educators to ensure a smooth transition during your time with us.
- Working towards or hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA equivalent.
- First Aid in an education setting.
- Child Protection/Red Nose/Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
- Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
- Passion for the Early Childhood sector – you love what you do!
- A positive and adaptable attitude – you can adapt to any environment!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – building relationships is your thang!
- 15% above award rate for casuals who can be flexible travel between our Centres.
