Floor Heating Installer – Full Training Provided

Full time position based in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our supportive team as a Floor Heating Installer. No previous experience in Floor Heating is required as Full Training is provided, however experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded.

As a Floor Heating Installer, you will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for planning Floor Heating layouts and installing Floor Heating at in a variety of working environments, across greater Sydney metropolitan and occasionally beyond, as well as assisting with tasks in the office on days when installations are not required. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Primary - all non-electrical Floor Heating installation functions 
• Secondary (when there are days/times when installations are not required) - assist with:
  • heat plans, quotes, sales and customer service 
  • specific tasks/projects for management from time to time
  • relieving other staff positions when required
  • being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise in a business of this type

The successful candidate will have:

• full residential and working rights in Australia
• a current drivers’ licence
• the capability of carrying items up to 25kg
• practical skills and good level of mathematical understanding 
• excellent time management and organisational skills
• the ability to follow strict instructions and set procedures
• a strong work ethic and eye for detail
• a desire to follow tasks through to the end and meet deadlines
• a positive attitude and strong desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive 
• a genuine willingness to work both collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
• excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others
• reasonable Microsoft Office experience
