Practice Lead – Culture, Inclusion and Belonging, you will work in partnership with the Head of– Culture and Capability, broader People & Culture division, leaders, and other enterprise teams, to execute Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART’s) culture, inclusion and belonging strategy.But before we go any further… it’s important to note that this is not your typical, everyday Diversity & Inclusion role, and the word ‘Culture’ isn’t just in the title to make it sound fancier!We’re looking for someone who is experienced in driving behaviour change at scale by using their exceptional influencing skills, whilst also building trust and fostering inclusive cultures within an organisation. It’s no secret that ART is fast becoming a household name, and word on the street is, we’re pretty great to work for! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who understands the connection between ‘brand’ and ‘culture’, who will leverage this knowledge to strengthen the ART employer brand to build on our inclusive culture, ensuring our people feel they truly belong every day.This is a role for someone who has a true ‘future-thinking’ mindset, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to understand who we are and, more importantly, who we want to be as an organisation and then execute initiatives and deliver a strategy whilst also anticipating ART’s future needs.So, if this sounds like you, and you’re ready to take on a key role at one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, then we’d love to hear from you!
About youIf this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include some, or most of the below:
- Senior expert consulting experience in the areas of culture, inclusion and belonging.
- Experience in embedding and evolving inclusive cultures.
- Experience in inclusion, diversity and belonging strategies; maturity frameworks; embedding and evolving cultures to achieve inclusion outcomes; and inclusive leadership development.
- Adaptive and experienced people leadership skills with strengths in coaching, developing capabilities, and leading specialist practitioners.
- Experience partnering with senior executive stakeholders implementing people transformation programs in complex matrix and/or merger environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing innovative customer-centric solutions.
- The ability to manage the achievement of iterative customer outcomes from inception to completion, within scope, timelines and resource parameters.
