Perth Flooring Solutions is a family owned company with a combined 100 years' experience in the Industry. Our team is specifically trained to work with our native species and guarantees an amazing result. We cater across the Perth Metropolitan area, and also undertake work in Regional WA. Our services consist of floor sanding and finishing of Timber, Cork and Bamboo, sandless refinishing and polishing, bleaching and staining, and solid timber supply and installation.

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Sander / Finisher to join our team working throughout Perth Western Australia. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in floor sanding / restoration.

You must also:

• Have good English communication skills
• Present yourself professionally
• Be a team player who can get along with our small team of 4
• Driver's licence a bonus
• Carpentry skills preferred

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Sanding, finishing and restoration of timber boards in a number of new techniques in finishing
• Preparing flooring surfaces
• Minor board repairs
• Removing and installing bead (basic carpentry)

While we require experience, you will also receive additional on the job training in new techniques.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, and also involves occasional weekend work. An immediate start is also available.

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $75,000.
