About the Company:
We are a dynamic, family-owned retail company specializing in diverse flooring solutions including carpet, vinyl, hybrid, hardwood, and bamboo. With a showroom in Carina and our highly anticipated second showroom and warehouse opening very soon, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Salesperson to join us on our journey. At our core, we value openness, honesty, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.About the Role:
As a full-time Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing our customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in our showroom, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery logistics. We offer flexibility in working hours, with Monday to Friday availability and Saturday shifts from 10 am to 2 pm. Experience is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training on our products and sales processes.Skills and Experience:

• Open and honest communication style
• Enthusiastic and bubbly personality
• Willingness to learn and trainable attitude
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Ability to be able to assist with deliveries to store/warehouse
• Prioritization of customer satisfaction over aggressive sales tactics
• Capability to drive quotes and generate positive Google reviews
• Potential for house calls once established

Admin Tasks Include:

• Providing accurate quotes to customers
• Managing orders with approval as needed
• Processing deposits and payments
• Keeping customers updated throughout the sales process
• Scheduling installation dates and following up post-installation
