About the roleFienza is a fast growing market leader in the bathroom industry. The role is based at our exciting new showroom in Fortitude Valley, displaying all the latest bathroom trends from around the world.
No direct selling as we are a wholesaler, we do selections and facilitate sales.
Some event coordinating for inhouse showroom events/conferences
This role is Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm and requires working every second Saturday.
Saturday opening hours are 10am-3pm, with a Friday or a Monday RDO when working on a Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers like interior designers, architects, home renovators and builders into the showroom and making sure they are feeling comfortable.
- Taking the customer through our range of products and asking the right questions so as to fulfil their requirements.
- Following up on all customers that have visited the showroom.
- Investing time in learning and training so you deeply understand the right sales approach and the various types of stone to provide customers with informed recommendations.
- Tidying and ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures and answering the phone
- Preparing electronic presentations.
- We require someone who is quick thinking, reliable, hardworking, and energetic.
- With your experience in customer service, you appreciate that warm feeling when you’re taking customers on a journey through their various choices and offering alternatives.
- You are a down-to-earth and positive person. Your genuine approach means it’s an effortless conversation to discover what your customers are looking for.
- Possess a polished, mature disposition with exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
