The role:
We have a great opportunity for a Floorplan Coordinator to join the Petrusma Property corporate services team on a full-time basis. The role is an integral component in creating great first impressions for our company and allowing our property marketing to stand out in a competitive sales industry. As part of our dedicated corporate services team the role offers great variety and room for learning as we continually innovate and lead the market forward.
General tasks in this role include but are not limited to the below:
- Scheduling
- Site Visits/Measuring
- Floorplan Drawing
- Emails/Communication
- Bookings
- Consultant Liaising
What is required to be successful in this role:
- Solid technical proficiency
- Ability to work with direction and within deadlines
- The ability to time-manage and communicate effectively
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Interest in the Real Estate industry
Skills and experience:
- Spatial awareness and the ability to measure properties and apply floorplan to software
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite is essential
- Management and scheduling of calendar bookings and liaising with consultants
- A current driver’s licence
