We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Floor Staff to join our dynamic team at Feekah. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with taking orders and answering questions
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors and seating.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following venue and legal guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
