Your duties would involve: 

• Assisting in the setup and arrangement of event spaces with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborating with the events team to ensure all requirements and specifications are met.
• Delivering impeccable and personalized service during events, catering to the unique needs of our guests.
• Serving a diverse range of high-quality Food and Beverages in accordance with our luxury standards.
• Providing warm and professional interactions with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Offering recommendations and answering inquiries about menu items. 
• Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all Food and Beverage service areas.
• Adhering to the hotel's service protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members and other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and flawless event experience.
• Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking immediate resolution with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Actively participating in training sessions and proactively seeking ways to enhance your skills and knowledge in Food and Beverage service.
• Embodying the luxurious essence of Capella Sydney in every aspect of service, contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Talent Profile

• Prior experience in similar role/capacity is ideal.
• Good communicator with a personable character and a passion in guest relations management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
