The Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to assist in our Fax Bar outlet. Strong knowledge of coffee making and bar skills are highly desired.

About You

You are a friendly, energetic and professional Food & Beverage Attendant, with a passion hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests. You will have exceptional customer service skills and understand sequence of service.

This role will require the ability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver 5-Star service with a Yes I Can attitude

• Previous experience in a similar role or 5-Star hotel environment will be viewed favourably

• A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card or interim certificate

• An understanding of the cultural sensitivities and dietary requirements of our guests

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team

Pay Rates

Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Award. Please see current base rates below:

Monday - Friday: $24.08

Saturday: $30.10

Sunday: $36.12

Additional penalty rates apply as required by the HIGA.
