Recently awarded Best Restaurant in a Hotel (SA) at the Restaurant and Catering Awards and a judge's commendation at the AHA (SA) in the Restaurant - Accommodation Division category.

Currently seeking a motivated and focused Food & Beverage Team Leader for the award-winning Restaurant and Food Service team.

Experience and skills

• A flair and passion for delivering outstanding Food and Beverage service
• Strong beverage knowledge including Cocktail and Wine
• A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
• Ability to train work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management

• Passionate about food & hospitality
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding personal presentation & punctual
• Be available to work week-nights & weekends
