Reporting directly to the General Manager and Director of Sales, this hands-on role is integral in leading the Food & Beverage operation to success. You will be responsible for multiple Food and Beverage outlets including Sen5es Restaurant & Bar, Fenians Irish Pub, Room service and Banquets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the management of all outlets ensuring that revenue is maximised and costs are effectively controlled
- Completing regular departmental forecasts and deliver on financial targets
- Developing a strategic plan (in conjunction with the Executive Chef and General Manager) for the Food and Beverage operations to ensure long term profitability
- Conducting regular analysis on all outlets and operations to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards.
- Implement marketing plans for each outlet to maximise revenue opportunities
- Undertaking projects within the Hotel at the direction of the General Manager
- Implementing and maintaining operational and brand standards and procedures across all outlets.
- Leading team performance management and development.
