The Opportunity
As a Café Collaborator you will partner with customers, to grow the presence of MilkLab within cafes across the Sunshine Coast and Northern regions of Brisbane.
- Build relationships with café owners and baristas across your territory, providing MILKLAB gifts to thank them for their support.
- Collect market insights & information across your territory.
- Sample MILKLAB products (with coffee), presenting the features & benefits to increase MILKLAB sales.
- Effectively plan where you will spend your time and which cafes you will visit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing all follow-ups and requests.
- Work closely with Distributor partners and collaborate with your team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and regular training sessions.
You will be provided with a Company Car in order to visit multiple cafes every day (occasional regional trips and overnight stays).
What you'll bring
You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management and fantastic communication skills to engage customers and influence decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, focussed on results
- Ability to think creatively and present proposals that add value
- Capable of using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- A valid driver’s license
