Our client is looking for a Power BI Developer to design and implement Power BI insights for large capital projects for the next 4 months
Our client is an iconic utilities provider, and they are looking for a Power BI Developer to work on their large capital projects.
- 7.5 to 8 hours per day and 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
- Adelaide CBD Suburb locations (Fully on-site work required)
- Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office every day due to critical hardware being based on different sites.
- $80 to $120 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate casual contract based on experience, 37.5 to 40 hours (25% casual loading included). The rate of pay will be aligned based on Hudson's assessment of skills, experience, or expertise.
- Water industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.
Design and develop a suite of Reporting and analytical insights within Microsoft Power BI that enable Sustainable Infrastructure to understand and manage various performance and intelligence aspects in the delivery of a large Capital Infrastructure Program of work.
Performance reporting
- Develop strong working relationships with key partners across our client's teams to consolidate multiple sources of data across all service channels.
- Work collaboratively across the business to capture and interrogate this data and insights in a timely manner.
- Provide monthly performance reports in Microsoft Power BI with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.
- Implement and develop technology to effectively manage data and insights.
- Primary contact for provision of ad-hoc data and Performance requests to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide a technical performance function
- Provision of asset performance data in accordance with timeframes established by corporate processes.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of performance and compliance reporting
- Deliver all data and information related initiatives in a way that aligns to and supports Enterprise data standards
Effective and efficient data management service
- Coordinate the development of a performance data management framework and associated operational systems that allows for effective and efficient capture and analysis and insights generation, for diverse business functions (e.g. corporate reporting, statutory reporting, operational performance and optimisation, asset investment planning).
- Participate and contribute to forums, initiatives and projects designed to ensure an Enterprise approach to the management and governance of our client's data assets.
- Drive development of tools, processes and procedures that drive standardisation and improved efficiencies associated with performance monitoring, process analysis and troubleshooting across Operations.
- Support Operations engagement with key business stakeholders to create business value from improved data management.
- Ensure effective systems and mechanisms are in place to enable timely reporting of compliance performance information
- Work collaboratively across the business to capture and interrogate service delivery data in a timely manner.
- Take ownership for bringing and reporting into the team, working closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that enhancements to the reporting systems enable the team to produce reporting at tactical and strategic levels.
