The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Food and Beverage Service Manager, will implement service procedures and training across the Chef's Hat Restaurant and Events.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Hospitality Management
- A flair and passion for delivering outstanding Food and Beverage Service
- A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
- Ability to train work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
