Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
- Provide personalised service to top executives and clients.
- Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Train and supervise team members, ensuring a high level of performance.
- Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Meticulous appearance and excellent communication skills.
