About the Role:
If you’re looking to take the next step in becoming a next level leader, we want to hear from you! Wests Illawarra are currently looking for a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and train our team of Customer Service Team Members in providing high quality Food and Beverage customer service experiences. You will play a pivotal role in forming relationships with external customers and act as a voice for our internal customers, including our leadership and executive team.
As a food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be hands on, overseeing our front of house operations and ensuring a seamless service, along with maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to drive customer satisfaction for all our guests.
What the role entails:
- Train, motivate and mentor our team members to maintain high levels of customer service standards across our bistro, café and bars.
- Lead the front of house team to deliver a high and consistent quality of service in all our Food and Beverage outlets
- Welcome and engage with customers throughout the complete Food and Beverage experience
- Handle customer feedback and strive to exceed customer expectations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Ability to lead a team by example
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills with our internal and external customers
- Current RSA
