Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service to all guests.
• Familiarize yourself with regular guests to meet their requests and needs.
• Implement systems to safeguard and maintain control of bar service equipment, recording breakages accurately, and conducting regular stocktakes.
• Establish and uphold a weekly cleaning schedule for the restuarant area, ensuring the highest hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Ensure team members possess competence in current menu, stay informed about current promotions, and maximize sales to guests.
• Accurately complete guest billing following hotel procedures, ensuring correct charges are posted.
• Maintain back-of-house and cellars to a high standard.

Qualifications

uccessful candidate will ideally have: 

• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Natural leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
• Creativity for menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Motivation, energy and drive
• A passion to learn and grow within the business
