Currently we are looking to recruit an experienced and confident Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
We are open 7am to 3pm…no nights!
Floor Supervisor Role
- Support Restaurant Manager with all Restaurant Operations
- Supervising floor Staff to ensure they are performing their role to the expected level
- Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable and engaging work environment
- Greet and seat customers
- Work with kitchen and bar staff to create a great team ethos
- Training of other floor staff
- The ability to run a section when required.
We are looking for
- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- A current RSA certificate or Approved Managers Card
- Customer focused and a passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
- A great eye for detail
- Thrives in a busy environment
- Weekend availability
- Reliable, Responsible and Trustworthy
