We are currently on the hunt for organised, experienced and innovative Food and Beverage Supervisors to assist with the smooth running of our Banqueting department. You will be overseeing the events and ensure that all service standards and departmental policies are followed by all banquets staff.
Our F&B Supervisor will be able to demonstrate the following
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding service;
- Assist with training and development
- Oversees and is responsible for all areas relating to the smooth running of the service side of Banquet floor
- Assist the Food and Beverage Service Manager with scheduling, training and performance management
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 months experience in a similar role or experience of two years as a team leader
- Reliable and able to work in a team and individually
- Be able to work a rotating roster
- Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability
- A clear understanding of HACCP
