The Role
We are looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our hotel in the Food & Beverage Department. Your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Ability to provide our guests with high quality and personalised service throughout their dining and bar experience
- Operational duties, including cleaning and polishing, setting up and packing down, taking orders and cash handling
- Have sound knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision from time to time
- Be able to work across different outlets and shifts, including restaurant, bar, In-Room dining and events operations

About You
To excel in the role, you should have;
- A passion for the hospitality industry and food and beverage service
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role
- Breakfast Buffet and/or Bar experience preferable
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
