- Assisting the F&B supervisors and Manager with day-to-day operations with the guests in the conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service.
- Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests.
- Maintaining high service standards
- Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
- Ensure a product of high quality and presentation.
- Previous Hotel Restaurant, Conference or Banquets experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Must hold a valid RSA.
- Available to work flexible shifts
- The right to work full-time in Australia
