Mercure Wagga Wagga is located in the heart of Wagga Wagga and boasts 86 comfortable and well-appointed hotel rooms and self-contained apartments, providing options for both corporate and leisure guests.
Mercure Wagga Wagga also features the One Morgan St Bar & Restaurant as well as multiple function spaces, catering for anything from a small business meeting to large special events.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- taking bookings and reservations
- taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks
- providing extraordinary customer service, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they leave
To be successful in this role you will have:
- previous experience in food and beverage services (preferred but not essential)
- strong and confident communication skills with a passion for customer service
- excellent personal presentation
- ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- flexibility to work a range of shifts including mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- a current NSW RSA
- full working rights in Australia
