The restaurant is renowned for providing a consistently outstanding menu featuring innovative Australian cuisine with a twist on old favourites and some classic Austrian specialties, as well as competent, friendly front of house service.
Skills and qualifications required
- Hands on leader with excellent organisational and communication skills including the ability to delegate and give direction to the team
- Ability to operate within existing policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate liquor licensing guidelines and procedures.
- Display a high level of professionalism and positivity.
- Maintain a professional and friendly team culture
- Able to multitask, remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver superior customer service.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office suite, staff rostering software and POS systems
- Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beers.
- Experience in beverage ordering and stock control.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (Victoria)
- Be available for immediate start to end September 2024
