What is the role?
If you're looking for a hospitality role with a purpose, this is for you! As the Food & Beverage Manager for our Zone Bowling/Timezone Clayton venue, you will lead our F&B team to success, training & developing them along the way to meet their ultimate goals. You will be an expert all things food & beverage and champion our values everyday!
You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Who are you?
- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a Food and/or beverage business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- Passionate about service standards & able to instil the same pride in your team
