Job Description
Are you a passionate 'foodie' who can tell stories through food that will indulge the senses and leave lasting memories?
With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests, you will lead a team that delivers on exceptional restaurant experience across breakfast, a la carte lunch, and dinner; a premium bar; in-room dining, and a small meeting and events space.
What you will be doing:

• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
• Strategize on new products and service offerings
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Be a calming influence in the midst of a high pressured, fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high-performance
