Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the Food and Beverage team to consistently deliver excellence.
- Oversee daily dining operations, including staff scheduling and upholding exceptional service standards.
- Ensure the seamless flow of dining services, maintaining efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with grace and dedication to exceptional service.
- Foster a harmonious partnership with our culinary team to ensure prompt and quality food service.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Efficiently manage inventory, budgets, and financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department.
- Strong wine knowledge an advantage.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Food and Beverage industry.
