Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 year’s experience in the same, or similar role
- Previous multi-site experience is required
- Proven knowledge and understanding of financial reporting such as P&Ls, cost analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ability to meet budgets and set KPI’s, engage your team on this journey
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafes/retail stores, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide cost & sales analysis on all retail and cafe stock offering and across the business centre you manage.
- It is your responsibility to create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels
- Create and implement SOPs to ensure brand standards are always maintained to the highest of levels across all venues
- Identify and implement improved service practices and procedures
- Proactive leadership and displays a strong initiative level: Strong connection with team and people in order to build a strong culture and increase tenure
- Ability to meet budgets and set KPI’s and engage your team of Café Managers on this journey
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that align with Marketing Manager’s Omni-channel strategy.
- Liaise with Finance Manager to produce workable rolling forecasts and Budgets
