Situated amidst picturesque landscapes and abundant wildlife, our client, a renowned Golf and Bowls Club, is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Front of House Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Gaming, Bar & Bistro areas
- Supervise staff ensuring adherence to club policies and procedures
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment
- Enforce Responsible Serving of Alcohol, Gaming & Food handling practices
- Assist in financial reconciliation and other administrative tasks as directed
- Uphold the club's mission and values consistently
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, ideally within a diverse hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in Bar, Bistro, and Gaming operations preferred
- RSA, RSG, and Gaming Licence (desirable, but not essential)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
