About Us: Ingot Hotel Perth (located in Belmont, near Perth Airport) are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department. This includes managing and training staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and complying with health and safety regulations. This is a full time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front of house operations and team members.
- Manage shift schedules, staff training, and daily task completion.
- Ensure venue presentation meets our standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
- Motivate and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
About YOU:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Permanent resident status or unrestricted rights to work in Australia (sponsorship not available).

Requirements:
- Certification in West Australia Approved Course in Liquor Licensing (approved managers card) is an essential requirement of this position
- Current national police clearance is an essential requirement of this position
- Previous use of Oracle & Simphony POS would be advantageous.
- Previous use of Tanda Payroll & Roster system would be advantageous.
