- Strong Understanding of Banquets, Functions & Events service style - not essential but preferred
- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or similar role
- Setting up for all meetings and events from a small boardroom meeting for 10 to a 250 pax ballroom.
- Attend to guest requirements and carry out duties when and as required.
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional F&B service at all times to hotel guests and fellow colleagues.
- Working closely with the F&B manager
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
