About the Role
We are seeking Food Services and Environmental Assistants to join our team at Heyfield Hospital. The Food Service & Environmental Department is responsible for providing hospitality services to all areas of Central Gippsland Health. Duties
- Provision of food delivery of resident meals and associated cleaning
- Clean and sanitise cooking and food preparation area
- Assist in the preparation, pre-set and plating of food
- Maintaining legislative cleaning standards across Central Gippsland Health
About You
- Appropriate certification in Food Safety Practices or willingness to undergo (HLTFSE001 - Follow basic food safety practices)
- Safe handling of Chemicals
