As a valued member of our tight-knit team, you will:
- Handle diverse customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone. Inc inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure our internal CRMs are up-to-date.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Dynamic and agile; can adapt to an ever changing environment
- Manage customer enquiries in a friendly, efficient, and customer-centric way
- Help eductae and train installers to process rebates via portal and app sector activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Cold Room, or Solar industries is preferred but not mandatory.
