With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Efficiently manage design briefs from initial request to completion.
- Develop creative design concepts for packaging, print, and digital platforms.
- Generate print-ready packaging and marketing materials.
- Design engaging digital campaigns across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Stay updated on design trends to infuse fresh and innovative ideas.
- Ensure designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Produce hard copy mock-ups for presentation and evaluation.
- Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date database of all artwork and photography.
- Utilize social media content creation skills to enhance our online presence.
- Apply basic knowledge of photography to enhance visual content.
- Animation/video skills are a plus, providing an added advantage to our multimedia projects.
The successful candidate will have :
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
- Qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of mid-level graphic design experience.
- Proven experience in packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
- Familiarity with social media content creation.
- Experience in print, web, and social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of photography.
- Animation/video skills are desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design standards and trends with a curiosity to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
