Qualifications & Experience required
- Experience packing & filling fresh food orders
- Be able to work sole charge and as part of a small team
- Be able to follow processes
- Knowledgeable of HACCP and food safety programs
- Have a food handlers certification or be willing to get
- Full working rights Australia
- Accurate, agile and think on your feet
- Walkie stacker experience would be helpful but training given
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Packing Cakes, Cookies, Slices
- Packing daily orders for delivery from schedules
- Labelling products ready for distribution channels
- Printing labels
- Assisting chef's to get schedules completed
- Operating packaging machines eg: Flowrap, Ultrasonic slice cutter
- Following FIFO for product and packaging
- Keeping packing area clean and organised
- End of day clean down
- Receiving deliveries in absence of warehouse manager
- Lifting boxes up to 15kg and putting away stock
- Other associated warehouse /packing room duties
- Work days Tuesday - Saturday 7am-3pm
