One of our clients, a multinational infrastructure company, is expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic and professional receptionist to join the team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and redirect incoming calls promptly and efficiently as well as handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Manage office supplies and inventory Provide assistance with events / catering organisation Support in organising travels (i.e. airport transfers, booking temporary cars etc..)
