Food Process/ Production Workers

Terra Harvest Australia is an Australian owned food manufacturer providing well known products under the Fantastic and Soho brands to domestic and overseas customers. Wholly Australian owned, with our manufacturing site based in Dandenong Victoria.

We have numerous positions available for our Food Process/ Production Workers, come join our team.

Working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment you will be part of a team responsible for operating either packaging or production machines, Maintaining our high-quality standards by following set procedures and completing hourly checks, this role will also be responsible for troubleshooting and fault identification. 

Your responsibilities will include but are no limited to:

• Pro-actively being part of and contributing to the safety culture;
• Independently operating food processing machinery while still acting as part of a team;
• Ensuring product quality through high attention to detail and quality testing;
• Troubleshooting and problem solving;
• Assisting other operators to ensure the team completes all production schedules on time;
• General and periodical plant and equipment cleaning;
• Completing paperwork accurately, neatly and consistently throughout every shift;
• General food processing and packaging.

Successful candidates will be required to work on our weekly rotation of day, afternoon, and night shifts and will get the opportunity to work regular overtime, including weekend work: 

Day Shift: 6am -2pm

Afternoon shift: 2pm -10pm

Night Shift: 10pm - 6am
