Food Processing (knifehand)
This role is Monday to Friday (4:00am - 12:00pm) starting as a casual with Amalgam before potentially transitioning with our client.
Duties include:
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for slicing and dicing tasks such as working with different meats, assisting team with basic knife tasks, completing light consistent manual handling of materials, and slicing off fats from meats. You will also need to assist with general floor and cleaning duties as required. On-the-job training will be provided, however, experience will be highly regarded.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of a food preparation environment
- Basic Knife skills experience (essential)
- Must be able to work with Pork
- Full time Australian working rights
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
