Based in Brookvale (2100), located in the beautiful Northern Beaches, we specialize in delicious, large-batch meals for childcare providers. With a focus on quality, Kids Gourmet Food is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.
We are looking for Production Chef to join our team of professionals and support our overnight shift /kitchen production team.
Experience in bulk production catering is essential, a well-rounded cooking knowledge the ability to be a team player as well as working autonomously is essential. Shifts are Sunday night to Friday morning, starting at 10pm.
The Role:
- Overnight Full-Time Production Chef
- Working with a team of 10-15
- Working to deadlines
- Prepping, cooking and packing bulk food
- Brookvale location 2100
- 10 pm to 6 am fixed shifts
You Will Be:
- A qualified Chef
- Super organized.
- Cool under pressure.
- Have high volume production experience.
- Be a self-starter with initiative.
- Experience working overnight shifts.
- Have great communications skills.
- Excellent attention to details
- Able to perform manual handling - Repetitive duties including lifting of up to 25kg.
- Have Full time working rights
