About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Production Department. This requires an individual that is capable of managing both process and people. This individual will also have a mechanical mindset to facilitate engagement with Garlo's Maintenance and Engineering teams. Availability for full time work and early morning hours is essential. As we are a Food Manufacturer the successful candidate must demonstrate a solid knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
You will work with the Production Coordinator to plan and schedule staffing requirements for the Production Department, based on each days Production plan. You will be a support for your Team and have the ability to instruct, coach and develop others. As part of this role, you well help create SOPs and Working Instructions to ensure your team know how to set-up, operate and troubleshoot in your area.
