We strive for old fashioned customer service and we dabble in a bit of that- save time online, hip tech stuff too.  - We even have an APP!

# ABOUT THE JOB...

This position / role / jobs / work tasks LISTED BELOW for this JUNIOR AFTER SCHOOL position involves WORKING WITH and TAKING DIRECTION from our FOH (front of house) or BOH (back of house) Shift Team Leaders.  We focus on and provide training and coaching and assist to build skills, knowledge, experience and build you up to a versatile adaptable ALLROUNDER HOSPO RETAIL workmate.  

# FOOD RETAILER - Fun, Friendly, Foodie - this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB! 

• DOing Fruit and Veg and Grocery preparation ready for retail sales

• FOLLOWING and TICKING OFF -  SOD (Start of Day) and EOD (End of Day) CHECKLISTS

• WORKING the FLOOR with Customer care factor, BEING super helpful and attentive.

• PUNCHING OUT Point of Sale, Cash Register eftpos and $$$ cash handling..Inc WHOLEFOODIE Loyatly Rewards and Gift cards processing

• ROCKIN OUT RETAIL Customer Order and Supply stock processing, retail restocking, presentation and basic merchandising as directed

• Other general Shop Retail jobs as directed.

# CAFE WORK - types of work + Jobs to DO!

• Kitchen Hand, Food Preppie, BOH Dishy

• Juices, Smoothies, Beverage Blitzer, Food Preppie, FOH Dishy

• Customer Service, Order taking, delivering meals, drinks (non alcohol), clearing and resetting tables, setup+packup+reset ready for the next day!

# IMPORTANT STUFF…+ getting yourself JOB READY!

The AFTER SCHOOL role generally involves working one shift WEEKDAYS usually 4pm to 6.00pm/6.30jpm + one shift on WEEKENDS. WEEKEND Shifts are usually 3 hour to 6 hour long.  Min of two shifts per week.  Must work weekends and be available to work some extra shifts on school holidays.  There are occasional night time shifts for special FUNctions and EVENTS...

# pay rate is INTRO OR LEVEL ONE RESTAURANT AWARD. CASUAL by age.

# Being a junior position tasks are LIGHTER physical duties.  

# Its important that you CAN follow reasonable direction as requested and can complete tasks timely effectively.
