About the role:
Our Kingsville team are seeking to add motivated Food Services Assistants to join our Hotel Services team on a part time basis. You will be providing our residents with memorable dining experiences that enhance their daily lives. Organised and keen to serve, you appreciate and respond to resident needs by listening and communicating, escalating any concerns as needed, all whilst ensuring resident privacy and dignity is always maintained.
We have two part time positions available:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 6:30am-2:30pm
The second position is on a fortnightly rotating roster:
- Week One: Thursday + Friday 3:00pm-7:30pm
- Week Two: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 3:00pm -7:30pm

The role involves:
- Preparation, presentation and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with the Food Safety Program
- Adhering to and assisting with general Food Safety compliance activities
- Contribute to menu planning to meet resident's individual needs and preferences.

- Completion of a Basic Food Handlers Certificate (Desirable)
- An understanding of resident’s rights, OH&S and the Food Safety Act
- Experience in Food Services in Aged Care / Health (Desirable)
- Are known for your caring and compassionate nature
- Have the initiative and ability to work without supervision
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children’s Check is essential
- Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
